We had a wonderful stay, but I would mostly highlight the host. Very professional, friendly and kind. The location of the suites are also perfect, close to the metro, shops/groceries and Duomo was just a few minutes on foot. I’ll rate this stay as 10/10.

Place was excellently located and well managed. Contact was easily done via WhatsApp and service was friendly. Air-conditioning was excellent and very well needed whilst we were in Milan. Enjoyed the keyless room system (using the keypads), meant we didn't have to carry a key around with us. Would recommend staying here whilst in Milan

The Duomo Smart Suites was a nice place for a family, with a separate private loft for the kids, it had a semi equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, a table with 3 chairs. In the room apart from the bed was a sofa, TV. After checkout, we were able to store our luggages for few hours in the office until it was time for us to depart. The bad thing about the place was the bathroom floor was very very dirty and very grimey and it needs major scrubbing.

A great location to access all you would want to visit in Milano! Staff was attentive and always Available. Parking was a bit of a walk - but most wouldn’t need a car anyway! Amenities were awesome in our room. Even a clothes steamer too. Wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Good accomodation and nicely decorated. Nice and central neighborhood. Beds were comfy. The shower could use a refurbish as there was mold in the ceiling due to bad ventilation. It was not written on Hotels.com that you had to arrive before a certain time and you need to contact the accomodation on whats app as they don’t answer via the hotels site.

A beautiful property in walking distance from the Duomo with plenty of dining options within 5 minutes and a supermarket across the street. Great location not too far off from the main centre in Milan. Good transport links as a result. The room looked in good condition. All the usual modcons like aircon and heating. The floor seemed like it was underfloor heating too. Overall, a good solid stay that my only negative was the pillows meaning sleeping wasn’t as comfortable.
