Apartment is in a good location, clean and quiet, restaurants are close by, central station is walking distance. The only complaint is check in service, hotel.com has bad communication with customer, can’t found check in instructions from its website, chat with not person can’t get check in instructions when waiting in front of building with poor internet, no front desk or doorman, have to call customer support, door lock was so complicated, need long time to figure out how to use, apartment air conditioning wall control is not working, Remote control without battery , the worst check in experience.
