Everything is very positive. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Easy walkable to the train station, metro. There is a bus stop of buses going to Malpensa Airport (10 euro/person). The only negative is - it is a train station area. But, we did not have any problem. It seems it is safe there.

Tucked away in an odd area, though near the train station. Questionable safe. Many branches of police station led in front of the station. Hotel located a couple blocks away on the backside. Not great maybe, traveling solo, at nighttime. And limited amenities.

The room was spacious and soundproof but the aircon was not great. The shower could only be used as a handheld which was inconvenient and it leaked onto the bathroom floor. The cleaning staff were great! The location is super convenient to the station and centrale mercato however it definitely felt a bit unsafe at night.

ホテルはミラノ中央駅に近く，空港行バス停前で大変便利ですが，環境は特に夜はよくありません． ホテル自体は部屋も大きく，清潔で毎日ベッドメイキングしてくれますし，対応も親切です． なお，空港からミラノ中央駅までの移動はバスはダメですね．朝の交通渋滞にあい，予定1時間のところ２時間かかりました．鉄道に限ります．少々高いですが５０分です．

結構古いホテルですので、設備もそれなりです。朝食は16ユーロでしたが、ビュッフェと言えるのかどうかという感じです。清潔感はあります。 ミラノ中央駅横なので立地は抜群で、マルペンサ空港までの直行バスは目の前ですし、電車、地下鉄など交通手段は問題ありません スタッフは４名会いましたが、総じて感じは良いです。チェックイン前に荷物も預けさせてくれました。 エントランスの自動ドアは、カウンターにスタッフがいないと開かない仕組みなので、時々少し待ちました。

Decent hotel 2 minutes from the station

As many city centre hotels, parking is ridiculous. Use the station car park instead to save the stress. Hotel is decent enough, with a decent continental breakfast.

Perfekt beliggenhed: tæt på metro, tog, lufthavnsbusser (Malpensa og Bergamo), shuttlebusser til shoppingcentre mv, men ikke støjende på trods af trafik. Gåafstand til supermarked, restauranter, transport, fastfood, shopping mv. Observant og hjælpsomt personale Ift rengøring: Gulvet var meget beskidt på værelset, vi havde konstant beskidte sokker fra støv og fnuller. Vi fik helt nye håndklæder, badehåndklæder, ny håndsæbebar, shampoo osv hver dag, hvilket der slet ikke er behov for. Ikke specielt miljøvenligt. Ikke alle var lige gode til engelsk - men det er typisk for Italien. Godt hotel til en forlænget weekend, hvor man ikke skal opholde sig så meget på hotellet. Dvs kun bruger det til hurtigt at skulle hjem og sætte tasker, til at sove og tage bad osv.

Ingen frokost og ingen system for parkering.

Søkte etter hoteller i Milano med to kriterier: frokost og parkering. Valgte dette hotellet da det hadde begge (frokost ikke inkludert i prisen, men tilgjengelig). Når vi kom fram var parkeringen full og med biler parkert foran hverandre slik at man ikke kommer ut. Spurte resepsjonisten om hvordan parkeringen fungerte og om de hadde noe system for hvordan de bilene som var innesperret skulle komme seg ut, men de hadde ikke noe system eller kontroll. Eneste han kunne si var at det var førsteman til mølla. Han anbefalte meg å parkere ett annet sted og komme tilbake senere. Etter å ha kjørt 15 min rundt i Milano sentrum for å finne parkering fant vi en offentlig parkering og parkerte der. Dette kostet 17.5 EUR for ett døgn. Når vi kom tilbake til hotellet på kvelden var det ledig parkering, men turte ikke å flytte bilen da jeg var redd for å bli sperret inne igjen og vi uansett hadde betalt for parkering. Når jeg spurte når frokosten var fikk jeg vite at den ikke fantes, dette skuffet da vi hadde en lang dag foran oss neste morgen. Alt i alt, ikke noe galt med rommet, beliggenhet osv. Men de to tingene som vi valgte som nødvendlig var ikke på dette hotellet selv om bookingen sa det.
