"Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggage’s are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers! "

"A very popular and busy hotel which has a cosy, modern and intimate feel. Very design-led, nice rooms and excellent gym. Reception staff especially efficient and helpful. Popular with travel groups so restaurant can be very busy but the staff try to manage expectations and timings. About 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. "

"Breakfast was excellent. A/C was modern and efficient. I would like to commend front desk staff Mr Kato for going above and beyond. While trying to use the luggage sending service the onward hotel stated we had NO reservations and could not accept our large suitcases. We provided Mr Kato with our reservation and confirmation number and Mr Kato took over from there. Even though it took over an hour he resolved the reservation issue. What a relief. He even secured reservations at JR Gateway Nagoya for us in case the other ryokan did not come through. "
