"All the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very helpful especially the lady on the front desk when we arrived who arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3 am the next morning Had a great meal at the restaurant. The room was very nice, clean throughout and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel!! "

"Pleasant reception and buildings. Very good breakfast. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi bath, which was lucky, because the spa was closed! Nice touch to have brunch too."

"Very good joining and key card collection instructions. Lovely location and very good accommodation with nice view over lake and par 3 golf course. Short drive down to Elviria centre with excellent restaurants and supermarket. All good. "
