"It’s a good property with decent, but dated, accommodations. The biggest issue is parking and leaving during the stay. It’s not designed for people to drive in and out easily."

"The Hotel Muller is located in the tiny village at the base of the hill Neuschwanstein Castle and couldn't be better located. A delicious breakfast awaits you that has a choice for everyone. Though not air conditioned, my room had windows that opened and a small portable fan that made the room comfortable at night. Reception was accommodating immediately when the parking lot was full and had us park right out front. A great dinner menu in the beautiful dining room , and an outdoor patio for an alfresco beer."

"We spent one night at this hotel after a long day of exploring from Innsbruck, through Garmish and into Fuessen. The rooms were nice and cute, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The layout of the building is strange, but nothing to cause any alarms or negative comments. One of the two rooms we received had a balcony, while the other had windows overlooking the inner square area, which included the restaurant below. Both were great! The staff were so polite and kind during check in and shared helpful information regarding parking, nearby restaurants and attractions. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of those nearby. One at the hotel, along with several within a two minute walk. The close proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles was a definite bonus when choosing to book this hotel. Definitely recommend."

"We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in good condition and the staff was pleasant and helpful. If you are driving to the hotel it is a little difficult to arrive with luggage. There really is no place to stop the car in front of the hotel that isn't on the street and exposed to traffic. And if you park in the garage that's nearby the hotel, it's a little bit of a walk to get from the car to the check-in desk. Innsbruck was lovely."

"We arrived early but the receptionist did an excellent job in making us welcome and helping us to find our way around the city. The breakfast was good, with no complaints. The room was not so good the air conditioning was taped off and the only option was on at the preset temperature or off. It wasn’t even possible to quieten the fan at night so you have to live with the noise or turn it off and open the window. The sink plug was also broken and it was quite obvious that it was, it seems ridiculous that it hadn’t been repaired."
