holiday from hell

after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump of old carveval toys and general waste. after one night in an ice cold room, wearing jackets and trying to wash our baby with kettle warmed water, we have left. if you have any care for your and your family's wellbeing just choose anohter place to stay, there are 100s of options in the area. this place is simply hostile.

Det er nok det værste sted jeg har overnattet, det var helt inde bagerst i bygningen inde bag et opbevaringsrum og op ad en trappe, der var mega fest i lejligheden ved sid af og bræk ud af vinduet. Rummet var stort og var faktisk rent, men hoveddøren kunne ikke låse rigtigt og terrasse døren kunne heller ikke lukke rigtigt vi kom sent så der var ikke mulighed for at finde noget andet næste dag var vi videre jeg ville absolut ikke anbefale dette værelse

Unser Zimmer wurde erst nach 4 Tagen und nach telefonischer Aufforderungen gereinigt und das nur grob, es wurde lediglich staub gesaugt, das Bad wurde nicht geputzt. Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner, man musste alles telefonisch klären. Da niemand da war, mussten wir uns sogar Toilettenpapier selbst kaufen und das in einem angeblichen 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das ganze Haus kam uns sehr komisch vor. Man muss durch einen Gebäudekomplex laufen, der zu einem anderen Hotel gehört, danach muss man durch eine Tür mit der Aufschrift "Privat" durch ein Treppenhaus. Neben unserem Zimmer war offensichtlich eine Privatwohnung. In den Gängen roch er permanent nach Katzenurin. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht - das war wohl ein Witz. Wenn man auf sem Balkon stand und nach links sah, konmte man zwischen den Bäumen lediglich einen kurzen Blick auf das Meer erhaschen, das stellt man sich nicht unter Meerblick vor. Definitiv keine Empfehlung, trotz der guten Lage.

Ich schicke hier die SMS Nachricht von mir an den Vermieter ,dies sollte ausreichen um zu zeigen das die Unterkunft kaum zufinden war und die Ansichten des Hotels in der Anzeige,geschweige denn das Zimmer so waren wie vorgegaukelt. Auch die hygienischen Zustände die man gut versuchte mit Duftsteckern zu kaschieren waren unterirdisch.Nie wieder ! Hallo!Ich habe den Schlüssel ins Zimmer gelegt ,weil es mir nicht möglich war ihn im Safe zu deponieren.Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht in ihrem Zimmer verbracht,da wir uns schon im Treppenaufgang vom hygienischen Zustand abgeschreckt fühlten,abgesehen von den Kampf um den Schlüssel schon bei der Anreise und einiger anderer Diskrepanzen.Zum Glück haben wir eine wunderschöne Unterkunft zum ähnlichen Preis gefunden ,die uns den Urlaub gerettet hat und diesem wunderschönem Ostseeort gerecht wird.Ich wünsche ihnen trotzdem weiter Erfolg.Grüße

Good basic apartment. Close to everything. Only bad thing is that it’s placed by a laundry company that works all hours, traffic and noise that disturbs when you want to relax at the balcony. And NB that the reception is only opened during office hours so you need to contact the hotel (or they send you a mail with instructions) if you come after hours.

Boende med förhinder

Vi hade läst på hotels.com att receptionen var obemannad efter 17.00 så jag ringde för att få koden till nyckelskåpet då vi inte skulle vara framme förrän på kvällen. Fick besked att ett sms skulle skickas med info. Inget sms kom och ingen svarade på telefon. Vi fick ta in på ett annat hotell. Dagen därpå fick vi kontakt och kunde hämta nyckel, vi skulle bo där ytterligare två nätter. Jag fick besked att hotellet skickat sms och därför fick vi betala även för natten vi inte kunnat bo där. Rummet i sig var jättefräscht och hade fin balkong, närområdet jättetrevligt. Totalintrycket dras dock ner av att man inte kan komma i kontakt med boendet och att den här typen av händelser då kan inträffa.

Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es weder ein ordentliches, geschweigedenn sauberes Badezimmer, keine Kosmetikartikel außer dem üblichen an der Wand befestigten Duschbad und auch kein Mineralwasser. Das Badezimmer ist nicht richtig sauber, riecht leider permanent nach Ausguss und weißt einige Mängel auf. Frühstück ist leider nicht verfügbar. Die Lage des Hotels könnte dagegen nicht besser sein! Wir werden wohl dennoch nicht wieder in dieses Hotel fahren.

A fuir, photo trompeuse, prestations nulles

Attention la photo de présentation sur l'annonce est prise depuis le parking sous un angle plus que favorable, vérifiez avec Google a quoi ça ressemble côté rue: construction en U avec les fenêtres qui donnent dans les fenêtres d'en face, peu d'espace entre les vis a vis. Pas mal placé mais beaucoup de points négatifs :chambres en rez de chaussée PO,P1) avec les fenêtres donnant sur les tuyaux de laverie industrielle, donc bruit insupportable non stop (voir photos). Donc obligation de dormir fenêtres fermées avec la climatisation... Autrement nous avons passé une nuit insupportable. Équipements insuffisants pour un établissement qui veut s'appeller "appart-hotel": pas d'assiettes, pas de couvercles, verres dépareillés, micro frigo dans la suite junior, (nous avons réussi à se faire changer de chambre après la première nuit sinon nous serions partis). Enregistrement à partir de 16h et le bureau qui ferme a 17...cherchez l'erreur... paiement seulement en espèces.... Bref, ne mérite pas les étoiles affichées. nous ne reviendrons pas. Et on déconseille car, même en last minute il y a d'autres hébergements a Międzyzdroje mieux et moins chers.

Ruhiges Hotel in sehr schöner Lage

Wir sind bereits das 2.mal in diesem Hotel und uns gefällt dort die Nähe zum Strand und die nähere Umgebung ! Buchung und Bezug unkompliziert ! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ruhig! Leider war es nicht möglich, mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen! Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel wird seinen Bildern in keinster Weise gerecht. Die Parkplätze sind so mickrig, dass ich sie als Motorradstandplätze bezeichnen würde. Das ganze Hotel war feucht und hat entsprechend gerochen. Vor allem die Wäscherei im gleichen Haus hat das Übrige dazu getan. Das Personal war desinteressiert. Nicht einmal ein Gruß zum Morgen war drin. Das schlimmste waren aber die Betten. Da es scheinbar nicht reicht, in einem Hotelzimmer Federkernmatrazen anzubieten, wären diese auch noch total durchgelegen, so dass man jede Feder spürte. Katastrophe!

Perfekte Unterkunft in bester Lage

Mein Verlobter und ich konnten uns nicht wohler fühlen. Der Kontakt mit dem anbieter verlief reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zum Strand keine 5min Fußweg.

Neu gebautes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Trotz eines sauberen Eindrucks, kam man in keine Wohlfühlphase. Auch wenn die Räumlichkeiten alle neu sind, weisen sie einige Baumängel auf. Das an und fürs sich schön aussehende Bad roch ständig nach Kanalisation und leider hörte man die Klimaanlage des Waschasalons im Erdgeschoß extrem, da sie genau unter unserem Balkon ins Freie geleitet wurde. Da die Wände auch sehr dünn sind, würde man die Nachbar wortwörtlich verstehen, wenn sie die gleiche Sprache sprechen würden. Die Rezeption ist anscheinend nicht regelmäßig besetzt und die Info, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, bekommt man erst am Tag des Auscheckens.

Ich war geschäfltlich für eine Übernachtung im Hotel. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstücksangebot konnte durch sehr frühe Abreise am morgen nicht genutzt und somit eingeschätzt werden. Das Hotel ist für eine kostengünstige Übernachtung sehr gut zu empfehlen.

Preiswertes, modernes Hotel an der Ostsee

Miedzyzdroje ist auf jeden Fall ein sehr guter Urlaubsort. Strand sehr schön. Mole und Zentrum sehr schön gestaltet. Viele Restaurants und Läden. insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut und modern eingerichtet, aber hellhörig. Viele Zimmer des Hotels sind nach hinten hinaus. Nach vorne nur bis zum 2 Stock, daher Seesicht durch Baumreihe am Strand schwer. Fernsehen nur die deutschen öffentlichen Sender. Auf dem Hinterhof ist eine Wäscherei, die teilweise etwas laut ist. Zimmer sehr warm, wahrscheinlich durch die Wäscherei bedingt. Warmes Wasser war manchmal zu wenig. Die Betten waren uns zu weich, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Freies WLAN im gesamten Hotel zwar teilweise schwach, aber trotzdem schnell und gut Lage sehr gut, in 5 Minuten am Strand. Sehr viele Restaurants und Lokale in der Nähe. In der Nachsaison wird aber zeitig geschlossen.Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Rezeption ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Insgesamt ist das Personal aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, können aber kein deutsch. Englisch geht. Abschließbare Parkplätze vorhanden. Fazit: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, da es bei der Lage und Ausstattung absolut nichts vergleichbares gibt.

Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe

Der nächtliche Zugang zum Hotel hat gut geklappt. Die Zimmer waren groß und wir hatten es nach hinten raus sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Montags wird wohl der Pin für die Tür gewechselt. Also immer schön die neuen Zettel an der Rezeption mitnehmen, sonst steht man vor verschlossener Tür. Und genug Bargeld einstecken. Man kann nicht mit Karte zahlen!
