"Clean room, very beautiful resort "

"Suite had plenty of room for three of us. Room was clean. We did not have our room cleaned during our stay but housekeeping was ready to fulfill our needs/requests. Complimentary breakfast was as one would expect. "

"Did not clean room for 3 days despite frequent requests. Pool was dirty & unkept. No air conditioning 1 night. Very disappointed "

"I am very disappointed with this hotel. From our room, breakfast, bar and the staff. Only one good thing I can say is lady helped me to check in to the hotel. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name."

"Parking was good and easy. Biggest complaint is the window shades were flimsy and did did not block the light from the parking lot. The room was light all night preventing sleeping."

"The room was clean, it was a very nice hotel. The only complaint that I have is that the walls are super thin, and you can literally hear everything beside you. We heard conversations as clear as day, we heard music is clear as day, we smelled scents that we’re coming from their room and we also heard the toilet flushing as well as the shower running. Other than that, the hotel was very nice."

"They made us pay $25 for a movie. Even a movie from 30 years ago. No smart tvs where I could watch movies I already paid for. No trash cans in game room. Only a night stand between the beds, so person sleeping on outside has no nightstand for water or phone. Only free coffee no fruit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. "

"It was an average stay with cool temperature rooms and comfortable beds. But elevator was broken, no fan in the bathroom, broken lamps, mold/mildew in the fridge, sticky bathroom floors. House keeping came while we were gone to get our dirty towels but seemed to have left cleaning spray and a dirty rag in the bathroom."
