"We really enjoyed the wonderful staff & friendliness! It was the best place we ever stayed at in nyc! The parking was right next door, we felt very safe there, Starbucks was right next door, & Times Square was right outside! Amazing place I highly recommend it!"

"Expensive but worth it. Two adults & 2 younger kids. We got a one bedroom suite that was HUGE. Most of the reasonably priced rooms in the city are the size of shoe boxes. NOTE: though they list that the room sleeps 4 , it doesn’t without rollaways. But the rooms are so big that the rollaways fit no problem. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet-never heard neighbors above, below, or to the sides. Usual NYC noise on the street at all hours but not bad with a white noise machine. Ask for a higher...

"Very close from time square , very professional and friendly staff.i would recommend and stay here again. The 14th floor was very loud , you can hear the sirens and the outside noise in the room . they switched us to the 20th floor and different side of the building and it was better."
