"What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits.
The sisters that own this home are terrific hosts. And not only do they care about their guests, they are also committed...

"Super easy to check in, one thing I will say is parking was including with my reservation on Expedia however the front desk clerk tried to charge me for parking. "
"Beautiful hotel with spacious room. There were a few drawbacks. The pool was beautiful, but too cold to swim in and there was no hot tub. Enjoyed that there were no kids. Also went to get a towel from the rack and slipped and Fell and was hurt. Yes there was a wet floor sign, but this was the slipperiest floor I’ve ever stepped on. The area around the pool was fine, but not around the towels. They really need to put a rubber mat down by the towels. The danger is probably why the make you sign a waiver to use the pool. Also the room would not get cool enough to sleep. Turned the AC all the way down to 65 but the AC wouldn’t cool the room. But otherwise enjoyed the stay. "
