"We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!"

She went above and beyond what I expected. My daughter said it was the perfect setting to spend her daughter’s first birthday. And although they were only there for 2 nights, she felt so rejuvenated. And the meals were excellent! And the staff were so welcoming. Thank you Hilton Bush Lodge! "
