"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included. Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies. There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

"Very beautiful setting, great swimming pool (full length and in front of property, amazing views. Well equipped kitchen and modern 3 bedroom flat with large bedrooms. The lounge is a little hot without A/C"

"Die Villa war wirklich toll, alles war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer, Küche und Badezimmer waren super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden mit einem Empfangskomitee begrüßt und man konnte jederzeit in der zentralen Küche Essen bestellen, besonders toll wenn man gerade angereist ist. "Récemment revenu de deux semaines mémorables en juillet, nous avons passé nos vacances à l’île Maurice, à l’hôtel Solana Beach. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Laëtitia et Dominique pour leur excellent accueil ! Le personnel était toujours professionnel et souriant. L’établissement offrait un vrai confort : literie agréable, chambre bien agencée, repas variés, petit-déjeuner copieux et animations du soir parfaitement organisées. "The hotel is in a beautiful location and the amenities and setting are in tune with nature. It's a great place to stay and relax. Our top deck chalet room was 20 metres from the beach and 15 metres from the restaurant. Just perfect to zone out and chill for a week.The staff were great, attentive and helpful when needed and never too forward. Food excellent, plenty of choice - just a great week in a fabulous location. Venture out into the national park or take a glass bottom boat to interrupt the beach time. HIGHLY recommended - hotel and location. "
