"I booked with Best Western but was surprised that it was a motel. I expected a hotel due to the franchise name. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"I was on the ground floor and close to the door, which I liked very much. With the small facility that put me in the lobby, so I was aware of all the check, ins and all of the additional noise coming from staff. Not their fault, I just kept the air conditioner running to cover the noise."
