My room was clean and comfortable, but the rate I was charged for my one-night stay was not at all what I expected. I booked in advance for a Sunday night at a rate of $101.15 plus taxes and fees. However, because my flight was delayed, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 2 a.m. Monday morning. I checked out that same Monday morning around 9:30 a.m., but because I checked in Monday, I was charged for the Monday night rate, which was nearly three times higher at $294.71 plus taxes and fees because of a convention that week. I called back to the hotel and explained that I checked out Monday morning and did not stay Monday night, but the hotel refused to correct my bill and charge me the Sunday night rate at which I booked. I also contacted Expedia for help, and the hotel gave the Expedia agent the same response they gave me. Essentially I was charged three times as much for spending less time at the hotel. I would not recommend staying here if there is a chance your travels will be delayed.

Pésimo hotel y servicio.

Llegamos y la alberca estaba fuera de funcionamiento, se veía que no la habían limpiado en meses. Esto no estaba indicado a la hora de la reserva y como íbamos en plan familiar, decidí cambiarme de hotel. Me dijeron que me harían un reembolso y a la fecha no han hecho nada y sigue apareciendo en la app como que si me hubiera hospedado ahí.

This hotel seems to be in a newer part of town, however, it seems to be in the needs to be updated category. There were 4 different sizes of pillows, almost like they were left from previous guests, and all of them were lumpy. The mattress was also lumpy. The walls were very thin. So thin I can say with confidence our neighbor needs a Cpap because they alternated between snoring so loudly that it seemed they were in our room to stopping and gasping for air. Not the quality you would expect when you see Sharton attached to the name.
