Clean throughout and beautifully decorated. Disappointing that the restaurant was out of several of the menu items and ALL remotes were missing to lobby and gym TVs… especially during a big football weekend. Staff were very Polite and service orientred!

the hotel itself was ok, but the front desk person was really rude, took over an hour to find our reservation since we had originally made it for saturday then had it changed to friday and even after she found it she make us wait and was extremely rude, then the manager came and changed it in less than a minute, but we had already been waiting for an over an hour and by the time we were checked in almost all the restaurants were closed and we had to grab dinner and eat at our hotel room after a 10hr drive, probably wont stop there again
