The only complaint I had was the shuttle pickup at the airport was not punctual and organized. The shuttle was supposed to be coming in at the Newark airport every 30 mins, I waited for more than 1h 15 mins and it never showed up. The shuttle for Embassy suites was kind enough to pick me up as Hampton Inn and suites was right across, it was a bit frustrating to wait after a very long flight. However, everything else was great though!"
