"Super helpful staff at check in who helped sort a problem that I created ! But they were kind and nothing g was too much trouble to sort. Same with staff in bar and restaurant. Comfy room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"Kerry on reception is an absolute credit to you not only was she helpful with us checking in, sorting out our Drinks vouchers pointing us in right direction for food , impartial too , even then thou we dined in your restaurant, where the food was not only delicious but well portioned too. And for your new 2 week old manager looks like a good find for you as he hospitable friendly and knowledgeable. Back to Kerry thou not only was she helpful to us but also fellow guests an elderly lady who she sorted a sandwich for and then assisted her back to her room. Gentleman on the morning desk could learn alot from her .Breakfast choices no issues and plentiful and tasty, staff there also friendly and with a welcoming smile. Room very spacious clean warm and the sea/abbey view excellent. Many thanks we will be back in the future"

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa

"First class as always, this is our fourth visit and we are already planning our next one. From a seamless check in with an amazingly warm welcome from Nicola and Cheryl who remembered us from previous visits. The room was excellent and the housekeeping team did a fabulous job throughout our stay, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the Pin bar and once again the food was lovely and all people we came across were helpful and polite. We had a visit to the Spa, where the beautiful Lilly welcomed us back and as usual went above and beyond to accommodate my health challenges. After a challenging few months with my health, the spa visit was very much needed, I can't begin to say what a huge difference it made to us both. Every staff member is outstanding. We ended our visit yesterday evening at our favourite restaurant, The Fusion. The welcome once again was wonderful, the chef and his team created absolute perfection with the food, we never feel rushed and no matter how busy people are, they always have a kind word and mannerism that sets the bar high for other hotels we visit. Having mobility/health needs can often cause me to feel uneasy, however at Ramside, this has never been the case. Everyone is kind, considerate and if helps required, I'm not made to feel a burden, in fact the opposite. I would recommend staying here without hesitation. We love it here, if I could give it 6 stars I would. Many thanks to everyone for making our stays so special xx"

"All staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. It was great to have the use of the spa facilities and my son loved the swimming pool. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very nice and the breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again."

Burn Hall Hotel

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the meals we had were lovely. It was busy on the Saturday evening and just one bar man on meant he was rushing between the bar and restaurant, he could have done with extra staff to help him. The toilet was difficult to flush and the extractor fan didn't work. We still enjoyed our stay."
