The reason for rating 4/5: Wi-Fi was non-existent in our first room, but room was changed, and it worked in the second room. Secondly: the curtains in both rooms were not suitable for bedrooms, shutting no light out and making sleeping quite difficult. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived after reception had closed, but had received clear instructions and it was all easy. The breakfast buffet was good quality and nicely varied. An extra bonus was the tea and coffee making facilities in our rooms, something that seems so rare in Denmark! A perfect place for us and I would highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel opposite the train station and very close to the attractions, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the castle, lake, shops, town, etc, which makes this a perfect location. The room was great, shower wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the huge windows, the desk space and the comfy chair. Everywhere was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of good quality options. I wasn't keen on the QR code booking breakfast/check out systen, as this didn't really work, but this is a minor issue. I certainly recommend this hotel. "
