"The staff was nice and the rooms were all clean. My problem was 1) I paid to be in a specific tower which was coastal and then I get put in the Laguna with no explanation. 2) there was sup to be a small refrigerator in each room - I went to report to the front desk that one didn’t have a fridge. I was told house keeping would bring it and they never did. Definitely didn’t feel like I was valued at all "

"Some of the nites our room was overheated with a radiator we had no control over. We opened windows but it was still hot. And this was in March—not hot outside. "

"The staff is great. The hotel is very run down, super old and in a very bad condition everywhere. The entrance is ok but once you go in the corridors it is very bad. The rooms are extra extra small. They barely fit 2 twin beds."
