"Bed receptacles were broke and since I use a CPap it made it hard to sleep. My son asked why there was complementary ear plugs on the TV stand and we found out overnight (it was loud). Not terrible other than that."

"This location is right next to Kings Island and offers a great value. As an Inn, you can part right in front of your door, making it easy to keep an eye on your vehicle. I found the beds to be extremely comfortable - surprisingly so. I fell asleep quickly and had no issues throughout the night. This is a place that has been renovated, and if you look closely you can start to see it's age. I had a couple spots on the carpet (small, nothing serious), the bottom of the toilet exterior had a spot that was missed during cleaning, and the top of the shower curtain has some stains from grease or something similar. I wasn't bothered by these small areas that could use a bit more attention, but these small details keep this from being excellent. My room looked exactly like the photo and I have to go back to the value this location offers - you are not going to find anything for less that you'd want to stay in. I'm really surprised at how affordable my 2 night stay was on easter weekend. I never made it to the breakfast - the beds are that comfortable you'll want to sleep in and skip breakfast. I also appreciated how well the AC/Heat worked - which helps make the stay that much better."

"Breakfast was not available on time because the staff was late getting to work! We had planned on eating there and getting on the road early! Free drinks for happy hour were ok, the food we had for dinner did not meet our expectations! "
