elevators are terrible. put a strain on our vacation having to wait 20 min each time or take 20 flights of stairs. must be fixed. likely why we won't go back.

I was disappointed that they didn't notify us the water sports weren't being used one of the days we were there. I wasted time waiting in line that never opened. This hotel has no full mirrors anywhere. They also have extra charges for resort fee and other amenities outside what you pay for on Expedia

Sentral Wynwood
Room was inexpensive. It was very dirty with torn up furniture. The mattress was very cheap and had gross sheets on it. Staff was very polite. Probably won't stay here again.
