"Nothing unique about this hotel, not clean, noise from extractors was unbelievable, the room service was disaster. Everything in the room old, the refrigerator was making noise we couldn't sleep, the construction in the room was sooooo noise. Believe me it is not worth paying money. I complained they removed 200 dollars, where spent 2000 dollars for 3 nights. I forgot about the elevators, 3 elevators one was working."

"The rooms are small, but for one night it was fine. The outside does not reflect how nice it is on the inside. Same for the restaurant. The food was good and service was excellent. The day shift desk person was great the night shift person he acted like he couldn’t be bothered, seemed like we were interrupting him. They he waited until the top of the hour before he let anyone know we were waiting for a ride to the airport. Shuttle is every hour. Shuttle driver was very nice and got us to the airport quickly. Though I don’t believe he understands much English."

"It’s a good budget option with pools, beach, restaurants and decent rooms but I wouldn’t say it’s a luxury hotel. It hits all the spots functionally for a family trip so would stay again for the value."

"Awesome shuttle with nicest driver. Fast check in. Huge room. Comfortable beds just a bit musty. Floor was wet even. Great location. Walkable to food. Great shuttle to Pier. Very affordable. "
