Cheap staying, low standards.

This place didn’t meet our expectations at all, even though we didn’t have high expectations as it was a cheaper staying. There were few things working, as for example showers, dishwasher or sewers. The cleaning was poor and the whole apartement was pretty worn down. The guy who met us at the check-in was very friendly and serviceminded though, that was nice. It was an OK place to sleep at, nothing more.

The apartment was very peiceful and quiet but I have a bad thing that the floor is very dirty they should clean when guest comes leaving dirty floor is very bad for other guest to buy it. So next time you should check the floor to make sure everything is very clean.

The location is great, the place is for 3 people, not 4, sleep in a sofa couch is uncomfortable. The floor in the bathroom is broken, no ventilation in the area, the windows are blocked, and bugs enter.

Not a good stay

No to little running water in the kitchen. Apartment smelled bad, apt c sounded like someone was screaming and sound of a drill in the walls even after quiet time which was at 11pm. Dishes was dirty had to wash before cooking. The guy at check in gave wrong WiFi password. Request paper towels and toilet paper and he said okay after it stops raining and never came. Was told we couldn’t park in the parking lot yard at the front the people who rented apt A parked their car seems like the people in apt B was have some altercations with them parking saying they need to move it and they never did was able to park there when we had to leave and pay for parking. Same ppl in apt A while in the pool which was dirty flashes us from there back glass door. Was told we had to take out the trash. Wasn’t a good stay between the apt it self and the people in it. Very uncomfortable

Just recently stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was nice. The property manager handled everything well and accommodate my family in many ways to make our trip an amazing experience. I would definitely rent from them again.

When we first came it was out of order far ass being clean the toilet was nasty in also I’m calling my lawyer because it was camera was n bedroom in washroom that’s creepy I’m not happy about my stay at all

OK for a bunch of college kids, but not for family

One night was ruined by a party. Many people entered the secured door and went up to the party. This caused my kids to worry. Speakers were blaring and the lights were rattling from the music. We complained but it continued until 2 a.m. and then another hour of people moving things we could hear above us. I only got two hours of sleep that night. The owner of the property refused to reimburse us though the noise went well into the night. The owner said he would take money from the other tenant's security deposit (but offered us nothing for our trouble) The apartment was just ok. The water was luke warm. The faucets in the kitchen never got hot. Made we wonder how they cleaned the dishes. We had no WIFI, though they claimed it was there. We asked for them to fix, they never did. The TVs were left on and could not be turned off without unplugging them, as they did not have remotes that worked. The property manager was in a rush and did not go over things with us, but later tried to claim the WiFi was working. Do not let him rush you. Go through the place. Make them turn off the TVs so you can think. The location is good, but not great. It is close to beach and shopping, but lots of run down buildings nearby and issues with homeless people . We found bottles with urine in the area.

Amazing vacation

We had a fantastic stay. Mauricio touched base with us early on arrival day to make sure we knew where the property was and to let us know he would text us as soon as the property was ready so we could just store our luggage and enjoy our afternoon. We arrived to Mauricio waiting for us to give us a tour of the property and go over guest rules. The apartment was clean, smelled great and was exactly what I expected based on photos displayed. The pool was amazing very private could use better lighting at night( like mood lighting) but overall it was terrific.

Nice Place

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The location was an easy walk to the beach and main strip but it was far enough away so that it was not loud. The condo was spacious and clean, the pool was great and management was responsive. The only criticism would be that the kitchen water pressure was weak, the shower took time to heat up and the wi-fi was only strong in one area of the living room. But we feel we had a great stay and got a great deal at the price we paid. Would stay here again.

I couldn’t make my trip due to new stay at home orders in Chicago. I tried reaching out to the hotel and they completely ignored my emails and voicemails. When Expedia was finally able to get through to them and request an exception for me to get a refund or a voucher to move my stay to any other time I could travel, they said no. Horrible customer service, zero understanding with customers specially in these hard unprecedented times.

Apartment resembled an up north loft, nice vibe. Floors, bathroom a bit outdated. Room is set up nice , plenty of space.
