Had a good stay here. The apartment was nice and cosy. The location is pretty convenient for walks to the beach and is only a 10 minute walk from Collins St where a lot of tour companies do pick ups.

Okay, so we spent 6 days at Kasa! Pictures do look nicer than what it is in reality. It just not as new anymore. The towels are old, great thing that we had beach towels. Location is GOLD! Everything is around you. Beach is 6 min walking which is perfect. We used public transportation to get to places and the bus stop is 5 min away as well. Perfect area - I recommend!! We came to enjoy the weather, the staying is good, check in is fast. I would ask host to add more kitchen supplies because we could not boil anything cause we cooked as well. Lastly - the AC is very noisy, maybe it is the thing in Miami but we had to turn it off during the night otherwise we could not sleep. I do still recommend because of the location and how easy it is to access apartment

Restaurants were within walking distance. It was nice having a kitchen to make breakfast or dinner. There was a parking garage close by. I loved that we could text Kasa if we had questions and they were quick to answer. Checking in was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location walking distance to Convention Center. The one bedroom suite was perfect size, clean, all of what you needed was available. I cooked my breakfast and would suggest new frying pans of the same materials and not have “plastic” kitchen utensils (heat and plastic are toxic). Overall, I will return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to South Miami Beach area.

The minute you walk in the place, you can smell the dampness. The towels were horrible, especially the washcloths that were rough around my face. They only supplied one for each of us, but when we contacted them, they brought an extra set. The bathroom floor was dirty and stained. On a brighter side, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. I did not realize that I was charged for beach chair use, but it was nice to have them, since we did use the beach for 2 out of the 4 days. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that we enjoyed called Orange Blossum & would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect location for my trip. Quiet. Lots of space. Good value. Never saw a staff person, but very responsive to texts and emails. Nice to have a kitchen but the one knife very dull. No counter so hard to prep food, or even use the dish drain that was provided. Was ok. purposes, only there s few days, it was fine.
