"We visit this property several times a year. You are greeted upon arrival by the attendees concierge is ready to check you in. They give it small gift bags to the younger children and there is a ton for the kids to do. It is a great hotel for adults and for children. The food in the restaurants and at the pool is delicious. And definitely reserve a cabana at SOAK where Paul, Jaqueline, Radost and Sonia will take care of your every need throughout the day. They are the absolute best. "

"Private beach and multiple pools were great. Need umbrellas at pool. Umbrellas should be included in resort fee not 30 dollars a day. Prices are steep for food and drinks. A bottle of water should not cost $9. Overall resort is beautiful with great views and staff were polite and helpful."
