"Stayed one night before a Cruise and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel was and its staff. Located two minute walk from Bayside marketplace right across the street and the free trolley service as well. Rooms were immaculate, halls were quiet and well maintained. I will book again."

"As always the place is great to stay at, however the waiting time at the airport to be pick up by the shuttle is the worst, because the area where we have to wait has No air filtration , the fumes, and the heat is unbearable especially for people with underlying conditions. And the fans they have give off more heat than air. Also the continental breakfast they closed down before the time by the staff, and these ladies are not friendly at all. The coffee runs out because they don’t keep an eye on it. And is supposed to be 24 hours."
