It's awesome, spacial bedroom with walk-in closet and tv. Clean kitchen with fance appliances. Free trolley to the CBD. Private parking spot is convenient. Walkable distance to CVS and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with easy check-in/check-out and convenient parking. The location is also quite close to downtown, which is a plus. Suggestion for Management: For added security and peace of mind, it would be great if tenants could lock the door from the inside. Additionally, ensuring the gate remains locked would enhance overall safety.

It’s a great place to stay! It’s only a 10$ Lyft from anywhere you need to go! You could walk to brickell. It’s very nice and the buildings is prolly the best one on the block!
