"Only issue is in Roon 307 you hear the whoosh sound of the elevator going up and down. Also there are no drawers so one lives out if the suitcase. Should be an easy fix that would improve the experience An otherwise good room "

"Lovely Beach ,soft white sand blue sea so beautiful . All staff very friendly .Rooms nice and big lovely view of the ocean. Hot tub lovely and hot water . Suncream also available FREE to top up."

"The hotel was old. There was portable air conditioning in the room, which meant the window was open all the time. When it rained, water came into the room and onto the floor. At night, until midnight, you could hear people talking loudly and music from outside. The shower had a technical issue: whenever you showered, water would run all over the bathroom. But the worst part was their impolite front desk staff, except for one guy at the front desk with glasses. The rest of them were really unpleasant, and Rocio was the most arrogant and impolite person I have ever seen in the hospitality industry. "

"Overall, it was an okay place. The check in process was not smooth. Upon arrival we were charged the $120 resort fee which we knew about prior. We were also charged $300 for security deposit that is still processing on my card. No one let us know that our hotel was in a different location than the check in desk, so we wandered around trying to find our room. The check in clerk saw us leave the desk and go in the complete wrong direction but did not say a word. The communication is not clear and you have to ask for things constantly. The beach ammenity is great and you get a two chairs and towels daily. I would not stay here again. "
