"Ridiculously noisy on 2nd floor from whatever music they play, over and over the same line. Booming bass all day and all night. Horrible restaurant, yet they have a rule no outside food or drink. "

"Perfect location for beach access and all of the local attractions! The hotel is nice and the staff is top-notch! Highly recommended!"

"We originally booked this hotel based on the photos online, but upon arrival, it didn’t quite meet expectations. The deck that looked beautiful in pictures felt a bit underwhelming in person, and our initial room had a noticeable odor. On top of that, the bathroom door was off track and wouldn’t close properly. However, everything turned around thanks to Michael at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating—he quickly assisted us in switching rooms and even allowed me to view a few options to make sure we were comfortable. We ended up in a second-floor room with a balcony overlooking the street and pool area, which was a much better fit for us. We were originally scheduled to stay from March 13–16, but due to severe weather and flight cancellations, we had to extend our stay through March 18. Throughout the entire time, Michael consistently went above and beyond to help us, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Overall, despite the rough start, we ended up having a nice stay. Thank you, Michael, for your outstanding service"
