"This was a very nice hotel with a clean room and friendly staff. The timely daily made service was an added benefit. The location on Miami Beach is superior. Our only complaint is that we had previously requested a room on a lower level and they put us on the top floor."

"It's an older art deco hotel. Our room was larger than average and the tub was huge. The lighting was poor and the reversal of the hot and cold was poorly marked"

"I really loved this hotel! It’s in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and the staff are 10/10! The only complaint was the cleanliness of the room, they would clean it and it’d still be dirty - Also when I arrived there was hair all in the shower lol but other than that is was awesome!"

"The bay view room has got a great view. The room was spacious and the hotel even provided cutlery and hit stove for light meals. The pool has got great atmosphere and the hotel is located very close to the beach. The valet service and engineering service were very prompt."

"This is a very convenient location close to everything great day but my absolute favorite part about this property is the front desk staff especially Carmen. She was very helpful. Very kind. Made this experience much better. Thank you for having us. We would definitely come back here again."
