"I am a big fan of Novotel. In fact I go out of my way to choose a Novotel everytime I travel. However this time I have to say I am slightly disappointed. The staff is super friendly, but I felt the hotel is in need of a general refresh. I felt the interior seemed worn. Also I found the breakfast disappointing. Instead of bacon, there was fried ham. There were no potatoes. The eggs were cold. The scrambled egg just passable. Sausages had run out and wasn't replaced whilst I was there. To try...
