"Not a family friendly hotel. Let’s be clear, this is a very nice hotel, but not a place to go with your children. One of the best features of the hotel is its pool: it has a wonderful view on the mountains, it is “inside/outside,” heated and has a shallow kids pool section, it has a bar, and a wonderful sauna. What is wrong then? The hotel recently decided to close it to children in the afternoon, to the opposite of what shown on Expedia and to how the hotel operated till a few months ago. I...

"Had a great stay, gondola access just opposite. Staff were really helpful and accomodating. Bought our own food for some of the nights and had other meals in the restaurant. Pizzas were so good!"

"Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. I ask them in one night of advance. Had to leave the hotel and get her checked next day in the morning, so I think they are all about the money. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni in questo Hotel. Camera comoda e spaziosa con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Colazione con ampia scelta salata e dolce. Merenda ottima ogni pomeriggio. Servizio eccellente, tutto il personale a partire dalla Reception gentile e disponibile, ; un ringraziamento particolare a Daniela, veramente carinissima e professionale! Ottima struttura con tantissimi servizi e molti consigli sulle attività da fare. "

"Very friendly and comfy. Good starting place for a day in the Dolomites. There’s also a really nice 1.5 hour loop trail you can do direct from the hotel that takes you on a gorgeous hike overlooking Adige valley. Have a beer in the lively hotel bar afterwords. "
