Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico
The AC didn’t work properly on two separate stays. The room did not cool off, and work was being done in the hallways during sleeping hours.

Galeria Plaza Reforma
The hotel was so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! The only reason I am taking off a star is that there is a club nearby and you can definitely hear the music throughout the night so just be aware that if you stay over the weekend you might hear some background beats until 4am
