Poor communication with host plus code information they sent for the door was incorrect. I got to the property at 2am and were unable to access the unit until.

After they sent us a check-in instruction and demanded a security deposit, the property manager texted us via WhatsApp that their apartments were overbooked and our room was occupied by other guests about three hours before we arrived the city. We had to quickly booked another hotel while we were on the flight. Since they could not offer the same type and same location of room for us, they agreed to cancel our reservation; however, they did not handle the cancellation with Expedia as they promised and stopped communicating with us either. We had to called Expedia and havenā€™t got our refund so far. They are disorganized and dishonest. I donā€™t recommend renting from them.

Dirty water & refused to refund leaving early

The unit was modern and clean. I felt comfortable there until one evening I noticed the water pooling around the sink drain was yellow. I filled a mug with water from all the faucets to confirm. I immediately contacted hotel management who said they did not advise using the water since they had cleaned the pipes that day. I immediately became alarmed at the possibility of water contamination given my chronic illness and having just received a fresh tattoo that needed cleaning. I informed the management that I would be checking out two nights early and how to get a refund. They recommended using the platform Hotels.com (where I had booked it) for the quickest resolution. However they did not respond to Hotels.com's request for a refund. If they knew the water pipes were serviced that day, and if they advised none of their guests to use the water, this information should promptly have been communicated to guests ahead of time. I also had no idea if they were telling the truth. It is a complete health and safety hazard for this violation to have occurred. The next day I developed watery diarrhea that turned bloody. Given the lack of professionalism and safety I feel the need to warn others.
