When I arrived, the place had large "CLAUSURADO" signs posted by the authorities. They in fact shut down the place! Can't believe these people are offering reservations while the property is closed. BTW, I did call and knocked on door, to no answer.

The bad: no AC in the room, no elevador for the hotel, no iron for my work shirts, no coffee in the breakfast room, loud doors and other guests woke me up middle of night, no gym. No bar or restaurant at the hotel. The good: very clean room, very close to a neat mall with good food options. Pretty neighborhood.

It’s one of those rare places that immediately makes you feel at home, while still offering the comfort and elegance of a luxury stay. My room was both stylish and cozy, with all the little touches that make a big difference — comfortable bedding, soft lighting, and high-quality amenities. What impressed me most was the service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It never felt forced — just kind people who clearly care about creating a great guest experience. The location was also perfect: tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and local spots. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit. El hotel tiene una buena ubicación; sin embargo, considero que a la habitación le faltaba bastante iluminación, al menos en la que nos hospedamos (302). No contaba con aire acondicionado, lo cual hizo la estancia menos cómoda. También percibimos poca privacidad, ya que al abrir las ventanas teníamos vista directa hacia la zona de recepción y vigilancia.
