This place its in a very safe and walkable area, so many good restaurants and bars near by a 10 minute uber ride from the zocalo center, the room was very clean and comfortable bed. We stayed in the Junior suite and Look forward to staying again here in our future visits.

It’s an amazing place to stay at super beautiful and very convenient. The reason I gave the four star rating was because there’s no AC. They did adjust that on Expedia but I can see that I’m bookings, It’s still there. staff was very helpful and having gone alone I felt perfectly safe.

We had a great time at Santa Casa! The location was perfect, the staff was always very kind and helpful and it just felt homey. For two that struggle with sleep the bed+pillows were the most comfortable! We’ll book our next stay in CDMX at Santa Casa.

Was a beautiful hotel, in a really good location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Icecream spot on the corner is very yummy My only complaint is half of the hotel shared a wall with a night club so there is loud, music played till late on the weekends. Our toom was was on that half

We loved staying at Santa Casa by Tasman. The property had a lot of charm and was in a great neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with them through whatsapp and they were quick to respond. We also loved that there was water available to refill our water bottles in the lobby. I'm still rating this property 5 stars; however, not all of the rooms have air conditioning. Ours did not, and we thought that it did when we booked it. But, the weather was nice and we were able to open the window and keep the room comfortable, but keep this in mind if the weather is hot.

The room was great, really great location. I highly recommend here for someone who knows the city already and is enjoying polanco area. Although its a contactless hotel everyone there was helpful if you had a request or question. I only wish it had air, I went when it was unseasonably hot.

Charming oasis in the city

Great location. It really felt like a home away from home due to both serene surroundings and charming hosts. Special thanks to incredibly friendly Sandra for making my short stay wonderful, from the moment I called about my last minute booking while rushing on the metro, later the best food/city tips and just general random inquiries. Santa Casa is more of an apartment rental than a hotel. Do note for those who are light sleepers may struggle as it is next to a karaoke bar that goes late in the night. You will be able to hear other hotel guests walking down the stairs. Do note there storage for before and after is limited space perfect for carry on but for check in luggage bags. Overall convenient location!
