Brand new multi-bedroom flat in central Roma Nort

The overall experience in Nowness is good, great location, brand new 2-bedroom apartments, very nice concierge girl Diana. Very good deal for a family or group of friends that need more rooms. But the property lacks proper management team and it feels more like a vacation rental business. There is no coffee or breakfast area in the property, but lots of places around. If they could change the management accordingly, set a coffee and breakfast area, improve the quality of the kitchen wares, then it'll be a 4-star property.

El departamento es como llegar a casa, ideal para 4 personas, excelente gusto en mobiliario y decoración, impecable en cuanto a acabados y camas increíbles en comodidad, sábanas toallas etc las instalaciones en perfecto estado , además de una excelente ubicación con bares y restaurantes alrededor, sumamente seguro ya que hay personal de vigilancia 24/7, no viaje con auto por lo que desconozco si existe estacionamiento 100% recomendable

En general todo estuvo bien. Muy limpio el departamento, muy bonita la decoración y las camas cómodas. El el 4o piso, dentro del departamento, no se escuchaba el ruido exterior. Pequeños detalles: los cajones de estacionamiento son pequeños, la temperatura del agua de una de las regaderas no se podía regular, el sofá cama de la sala era algo incómodo al armarse como cama.

Casi perfecto!

Nos gustó muchísimo el alojamiento. Muy elegante, nuevo y acogedor. Le daría un 100 de 100 a no ser por el bar que está a lado (aunque las ventanas sí redujeron bastante el ruido y la verdad es que estábamos muy cansados como para que la música nos mantuviera despiertos). Lo que si no me gustó nada fue el estacionamiento. Si vas en una minivan o un carro largo, es algo complicado maniobrar en el espacio reducido. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente. El guardia no podría haber sido más amable y servicial! Excelente servicio y trato.

En general todo excelente, lo único que los vecinos de al lado eran muy ruidosos y no dejaban dormir con su plática y un niño llorando a las 12pm. También el estar tan cerca del antro genera mucho ruido y como no se pueden abrir las ventanas por este motivo, necesitan tener al menos ventiladores en las recámaras para el calor

Go somewhere else

The staff and people working here were very nice but I was disappointed with our stay. I reserved the lower apartment because it had a private patio but when we arrived there was no furniture in the patio. So right away not as pictured. There were no hair dryers in either bathroom. The comforter and pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, the apartment was very cold and one day the lights went out. When we came back to the apartment there was no warm water. They didn’t tell us until the next day that there was a water heater that we had to turn on because the lights went out. Also there were some mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the shampoo felt like dish soap. I didn’t feel like the 3 nights here were worth the amount we paid to stay here. It felt very cheap. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

El departamento está muy bonito, pero la recámara principal da a la calle que es muy transitada y no se puede dormir con tanto ruido, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir y dura poco.

Excelente relación calidad-precio

Todo super bien, la ubicación es buena, las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y el lugar es agradable y espacioso. En cuanto a la cochera, hay que tener cuidado al salir y entrar con el coche porque la banqueta está alta y pega el chasis si vas rápido.
