"Beautiful hotel, modern style yet keeping its historic charm. Great location walking distance to Zocalo and other historic buildings. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious!! Will definitely be coming back!!!"

"Upon arrival, everyone is very helpful. Front desk is on queue. I was given recommendations about ordering room service in case I was hungry. The room felt clean. Had a good restful evening. The buffet breakfast is very good as well as the café. The personnel is very charming and accommodating. The hotel has been renovated since my last stay."

"The lobby is grand and demure. It’s a more sophisticated hotel/lobby. They have a bar and a small bfast room filled with such pretty wall plants. The staff was polite and the facility was extremely clean. Had total Confidence and trust in the cleaning staff. Accidentally left valuable items in my room And came back to find the room kept and my items front and center like reminding me I had forgotten them. The hallway that led to my room was pretty narrow but loved it as we didn’t have any neighbors. Def an older hotel, small bathroom to get ready in and I have to admit the lighting did kind of suck which as a full glam girly made it really rough to ensure we looked out best. Overall good experience"
