The location was excellent! Nice part of Roma Norte, a grocery close-by, tons of cafes and restaurants around. We felt very safe in the area while we walked around at 2am looking for something to eat and the streets were still alive and were filled with groups of friends! It made us more excited for the following days of our trip. They were very communicative all throughout our stay and everything was smooth. The place was cute as well as we were on the first floor where the lobby and the chairs outside were. Would definitely come back here. 😊

Very well located. Room has everything you need and more! Lots of restaurants in the area. A grocery 200 meters away and another one about 500m. Easy and safe way to check in. Hosts are easy to get in touch with, are very responsive and offer help on any questions you may have about your visit in Mexico City! I spent 9 days and never had any issues. Highly recommend it!

I am definitely coming back. This was a very clean and great atmosphere. It is in a safe neighborhood and they communicated with me, if I needed anything. No complaints. Maria was a very friendly person and had everything cleared. I give this place a 100 percent.

Apartment was in a great location with easy access to bars, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beware that there is no air conditioning whatever so ever. No AC and no fans. The windows do not have screens but you will need to leave them open in order not to roast when you are in the apartment. I had 10 mosquito bites after my first night and continued to get them on my body throughout the trip. I’m not sure what’s up with upkeep. I received a message four days into the trip to see how things were going (we received new towels at this point and bags for trash, we were provided with two toilet rolls when we arrived and purchased more bc we ran out). The bed wasn’t that comfy - would probably help to have a mattress topper- lower back was stiff and sciatic pain was activated. Although communication with the management was fine, I would not stay here again.

I can’t recommend the Lasai enough. The check in and access to the building was easy. The location is super ideal, there is a rooftop bar right across the street and close to so many other great places. The room was large large and clean with friendly staff that helped book a ride and kept my stuff between checkout and my flight while I did last minute sightseeing. Thank you so much

Location and room were awesome. The only problem I had was there was no elevator and we had a lot of stairs to climb for someone my age ,It was hard. The bed was a bit low also for someone my age otherwise amazing location, amazing hotel room, great views, and definitely would go back but on the lower floor next time.

Beautiful place in a perfect location, just a 10–15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. The home itself was charming and well kept. A big shoutout to the housekeeper, Ms. Monzerrat, who was incredibly sweet, friendly, and did such a great job keeping everything tidy. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Excelente ubicación, higiene y comunicación. El único detalle que podría mencionar es que el calentador de agua no funciona adecuadamente en la mañana (entre 7 y 8 am), en otros horarios el agua sale caliente, quizás necesiten uno de mayor capacidad.
