First time in Mexico City and happy that we stayed here. Front desk were always helpful and on standby. Frida and Fabiola helped us out with tour deals, transportation and minor inconveniences. Most def coming back here !

Location was very central to everything in the historical downtown, shops, restaurants, guided tours 15 minutes un car from Reforma and the Angel. Our bedroom was amazing big space with a kitchen and dining area which was perfect for our stay. They clean our room and provided clean towels every day. I will definitely stay again. Thank you

The hotel is in a great location—just a short, pleasant walk to the historic town center, which we really enjoyed. However, the breakfast area was a bit of a letdown. It’s set in an outdoor space that isn’t particularly inviting, and unfortunately, it was swarming with honey bees each morning, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our meal.

Bathroom / shower was not cleaned prior to check-in. We noticed hairs on the floor as soon as we walked in. We also ran out of toilet paper one day, and they replaced it with a half used roll. The elevator also had an odd smell and breakfast was very limited.

This is not a hotel for ADA, elderly or anyone with going up stairs. They elevator keep braking everyday. We had to look somewhere else to accommodate my grabdma.

We didn't like the elevator. Outdated and always getting stuck. Only two people fit in elevator. Not much room for luggage. Shower only had a half of glass door and water would leak out making it a hazard when stepping out.

The Positive: The room was large and clean. The air conditioning worked well.The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The hotel is centrally located. The Negative: We stayed here on our arrival, and before our departure from CMDF. Both times there was confusion about checking in. They couldn’t find our reservations at first (both were made through Expedia). It turns out that the reception desk handles check-ins for both the hotel and a hostal next door by the same name. Once they found our reservation in the Hotel, their demeanor changed and they were friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early. The elevator was out of service about half the time we stayed there, which required us to go up and down two or three flights of status. The stairs just barely had a handrail. On our last morning there was no one available to help us take the bags downstairs, so we had to carry them ourselves so we could get to our Uber. The key cards only worked half the time. When they wouldn’t open the door, we needed to go back down the stairs (or the elevator) to have them “fix” or reactivate the cards. This became pretty tiresome, as both my husband and I are in our seventies and Mexico City is at ~7,000 feet above sea level.

This hotel is walking 5 min. distance from The Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. It is located in a busy area so it is not that quite during the morning rush hours. However the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable, and staff very polite. I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the Zócalo.

I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Smooth check in/out. Room and shower very clean. Great location , about 2 blocks away from Zocalo and very short walkeable distance from many business and restaurants. Tour options at the Hotel with pick up/drop off option. Recommended

We had a very good stay in this hotel. Its location is a stone's throw from places to visit. It's near the metro for places that are further. It's in the middle of restaurants and shops too. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I just think it needs a tweak with the cleaning of the rooms. It was dusty in some areas, and where there were residues (from soap or coffee), it remained there after cleaning. Otherwise, very good hotel that i would highly recommend.

I book there to walked around downtown late and have goos sleep. Wrong it was a noise every 3 min after 11:00 pm we report the service desk guy when and recorded say he would show that to his boss but nothing happen. Beside that the day of arrival it was a rusty water bottle cover o. The sink. The floor was sticky and we could never get breakfast. The front desk couldn't help with uber number or guide. Very bad experience can Not download the video. Nut the front desk guy have it.
