Great no-frills option in Roma. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, friendly staff. The equivalent of a nice Best Western. Can't beat the price for the location.

We were happy with the location and price of this hotel and appreciated how quick the daily cleaning was. We did not eat at the hotel and instead ate our meals at one of the many places in Roma Norte. There is an area in front of the hotel where Ubers can pick up and drop off. On the last day of our stay, the hotel started construction work in the lobby at about 8am. We could hear it in our room two floors up as if it were just outside our room. We were not warned that this would happen and when we found out from the front desk that construction would not end until 6pm, we did not want to move rooms for half a day. This was our only complaint about the hotel.

I rate the property at three star… Some staff was very friendly. Front desk not so much. Housekeeping was amazing and technical support for our TV was also amazing and very prompt. Unfortunately, we did have to call front desk several times to fix our TV.

Excellent stay! Hotel was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant wasn’t my favorite but didn’t have a lot there. Only downside of room was no mini frig, but I think that’s just not common in hotels in Mexico. Excellent and highly recommend!
