Beware of this hotel. I had my Bose earphones in my backpack, and it disappeared while I was staying in this hotel. Too bad I only realized when I was at the airport coming to my country, but yes, I’m sure it was taken while our belongings were in the room.

Small windows to open and NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was VERY hot and no air flow. The night was stifling and nearly wanted to checkout on our first night and go elsewhere. Paid a 200 peso ($12) deposit to borrow a fan. It helped but don’t sleep here if air conditioning is a necessity.

Considering the price of the hotel, I would give it a 5 star review. However, there are other things to consider. While I wouldn't characterize the area around the hotel as unsafe, I would definitely say it's dirty. Not the hotel's fault, but just an observation. My bedroom window would not close properly, which is a safety concern. It would be very difficult for somebody to break in considering the size of the opening & the fact that I was located on the third floor of the property, but still worth mentioning. I appreciated the effort put into the decor of the place. I stayed during Dia de Los Muertos season, so they had great decorations and altars. The guy at the front desk wasn't the kindest, but can't expect a whole lot considering what I paid.

Deben mejorae mucho en la cuestion de la higiene de las sabanas, cobijas, fundas de las almohadas, estaban sucias, manchadas y el baño se estaba cayendo parte del techo

No fue un un lugar muy agradable, la habitación sencilla cumple su función y se escucha todo muchísimo ruido, no pude dormir la primera noche, además se escucha literalmente lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado, y a pesar de ser un hotel familiar, poco les importo tanto a los huéspedes que hacían el ruido como al recepcionista. La limpieza le doy un 7 de 10. E importante NO se puede poner seguro a la habitación por dentro. Si, solo se puede entrar con la llave, pero nada te da ese seguro extra, ni si quiera la perilla tiene el típico seguro que gira, no lo recomiendo ni vuelvo a usar las instalaciones

Habitación pequeña pero suficiente para descansar. Puede mejorarse la limpieza ya que encontramos cabellos tirados en el baño, pero dentro de lo que cabe es buena. Recepción no fueron groseros pero un poco secos y hasta cortante uno de ellos. Servicio de desayuno, son huevos al gusto té o cafe, super amable y agradecida con quién nos atendió y cocina rico, pero tiene pocos insumos, por lo que se ofrece es limitado. Pudimos andar en diferentes horarios en la zona y estuvo tranquilo con tiendas, lugares de comida cerca. Estación de metro y metrobus estación Guerrero a una cuadra. Zona de estacionamiento de 24 hrs. Volvería a regresar sin duda.
