Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. The room is on a side street so traffic noise was fine. The room was very tastefully decored, very clean, modern. Lovely bathroom, divine shower, nice lighting, really a very pleasant place to spend an evening and morning.

It was centrally locate in the Roma district. Walking distanc to many restaurants. You could walk at night with no issues and feel safe. A lot of lical enjoy walking their dogs in late hours.

PĆ©sima experiencia. JamĆ”s volverĆ­a a este hotel y tengan muchĆ­simo cuidado si se hospedan aquĆ­. DespuĆ©s del concierto de BTS, tiramos a la basura una Army Bomb pirata porque compramos una nueva original dentro del evento. Al dĆ­a siguiente pedimos limpieza y, casualmente, despuĆ©s de que entrĆ³ el personal, la Army Bomb original desapareciĆ³ y la pirata apareciĆ³ acomodada entre nuestras cosas. O sea, alguien literalmente revisĆ³ la basura, tomĆ³ la original y dejĆ³ la falsa. Fuimos a recepciĆ³n pensando que al menos tomarĆ­an el tema con seriedad, pero la ā€œinvestigaciĆ³nā€ fue un chiste. Revisaron cĆ”maras que NI SIQUIERA apuntan hacia la puerta de la habitaciĆ³n y concluyeron que ā€œno vieron nada raroā€ porque la empleada estuvo solo 4 o 5 minutos dentro del cuarto. Como si en 5 minutos no alcanzara perfectamente para abrir una bolsa, sacar algo y esconderlo. Obviamente la basura ā€œya no estabaā€, convenientemente. Y como segĆŗn ellos ā€œno hay pruebasā€, decidieron no hacer absolutamente nada. Su gran soluciĆ³n fue ofrecernos una noche gratis para regresar en otra ocasiĆ³n, Āæregresar a un lugar donde desaparecen tus cosas dentro de la habitaciĆ³n? Lo peor no fue solo el robo, sino la forma tan incompetente en la que manejaron todo. Cero responsabilidad, cero apoyo y solo ā€œentendemosā€. QuĆ© casualidad que el objeto desaparece justo despuĆ©s de que entra limpieza. Pero claro, para el hotel eso no es sospechoso. Si se hospedan aquĆ­, escondan TODO o mejor busquen otro lugar.

La atenciĆ³n siempre fue buena y atenta esta cerca de todo y pude salir a cualquier lugar caminando Pero las instalaciones no me gustaron, me toco que el elevador no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado solo es un tipo ventilador pero cada hora se llenaba de agua y se tenĆ­a que sacar para que pudiera funcionar, y era obligatorio porque los cuartos son muy calientes y no tienen ventanas ni para el baƱo o no se si ses dependiendo del cuarto y es muy molesto sobre todo para dormir, el cuarto era muy muy pequeƱo yo creo que para el precio no vale la pena, es muy incomodo quedarse ahĆ­, aun que el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto es molesto tener que estarlos buscando a cada rato, sobre todo tener que bajar porque no tiene telĆ©fono la habitaciĆ³n, en opiniĆ³n personal no me gustĆ³ que para acceso al cuarto tienes que poner un cĆ³digo de 9 caracteres para entrar, yo creo que si fuera al menos de 4 estarĆ­a bien pero de preferencia con llaves, paredes demasiado delgadas y pisos tambiĆ©n, escucha las pisadas del cuarto de arriba y el piso aparte es muy ruidoso. Reitero, el personal es perfecto pero la habitaciĆ³n queda mucho a deber.

Tengo muchas opiniones cruzadas de este lugar, empezando con instalaciones (hotel): Lamentablemente el ascensor que tenĆ­an no estaba en funcionamiento, incluso su personal sufrĆ­a con esto ya que veĆ­a subir a las camaristas con grandes cargas de blancos por las escaleras, esto definitivamente le quita varios puntos. Ahora, habitaciĆ³n: Me quedĆ© en la habitaciĆ³n sencilla y para mi sorpresa no contaba con ventanas, es muy pequeƱa, ideal para solo dormir, pero mi Ćŗnico inconveniente es que menciona tener ā€œcortinas blackoutā€ por lo que uno esperarĆ­a mĆ­nimo una ventana. Por otra parte, el mantenimiento en la habitaciĆ³n era excelente, contaba con dos extractores que fueron mi salvaciĆ³n y todo en la habitaciĆ³n funcionaba, no se veĆ­a nada viejo ni daƱado, en ese aspecto le darĆ­a 100/10 estrellas, se aprecia mucho que se fijen en los pequeƱos detalles dentro los cuartos. Otra cosa a destacar es su cercanĆ­a al metro Sevilla (LĆ­nea 1). No sĆ© si volverĆ­a, pero no me la pasĆ© mal, el personal muy atento. Por Ćŗltimo, proceso de reserva: en NINGƚN lado mencionan sobre un depĆ³sito que se te cobra en la tarjeta como ā€œgarantĆ­aā€ en caso de aplicar no show, segĆŗn toma 48 hrs hĆ”biles en devolverse, sigo en espera.
