The suite had two very large bedrooms each with a TV, two large bathrooms, a living room with TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. There’s a convenience store and a restaurant just across the street and you can get take out The location is excellent. I stayed there 4 years ago and loved it - and loved it all over again this time! Couldn’t have made a better choice!!

We had a great time at this apartment-hotel. Great location, quiet yet central. Our room (42) was just fine and the breakfast had all we could want to eat. People working at the hotel, Helena, Isabel, Monserrat, and the chefs, Arthur and Raymond, were most accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners of this place for caring and doing a fine job.

La habitación con los servicios con los que contaba. supero mis expectativas. El personal fue atento y amable. El servicio del restaurante fue excelente. Solo el servicio del taxi que me proporcionaron (o que me consiguieron vía telefónica) para llegar a mis asuntos, fue pésimo. pero bueno, entiendo que es un servicio externo. Gracias hotel City Express Suites by Marriott, nos veremos nuevamente por ahí y claro que los recomendaré.

Lamentablemente la habitacion no estaba limpia en especial el baño, y no tenia ni cortina la regadera. Y no es posible que cobren el estacionamiento, eso es inaceptable.

Bueno pero le falta

El hotel es bueno y cómodo, además de contar con una ubicación excelente, cerca de muchas opciones para comer. Sin embargo, considerando que las tarifas no son económicas, considero que algunos aspectos podrían mejorarse: 1. La señal de televisión es deficiente, ya que los canales se interrumpen constantemente. 2. Los artículos de tocador (shampoo, jabón, crema, etc.) son muy pequeños y de baja calidad. Por el precio, que es similar al de hoteles de mayor categoría, se esperaría un nivel superior en este aspecto. 3. El piso del cuarto a veces está sucio, por lo que sería ideal que se preste más atención a la limpieza. He tenido varias estancias en este hotel, algunas pagando más de 6,000 pesos por noche, y creo que la relación calidad-precio no siempre está alineada.

Me apoyaron recibiedonme tarde, muy amable recepcion. El desayuno incluido fue malo. Poca variedad y mal sabor. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba la calefaccion. El baño tenia medio tapada el area de regadera. La cocina dentro del del cuarto es una buena opcion para ahorrar esta equipada, la ubicacion es muy buena en una zona que se siente segura. Te dan 3 botes de agua de cortesia, tienen cafetera y cafe cortesia en el cuarto.

Podrían mejorar mucho

En general todo iba bien, hasta que entramos al cuarto y estaba bastante sucio. La alfombra tenía papas en pedacitos y en general había mucho residuo en el piso, como si no hubieran barrido. El servicio o atención más bien, bueno. El personal de limpieza por ponerlo de una manera más directa, deja mucho que desear.
