Ventajas: está muy cerca del centro de Coyoacán, se puede llegar caminando. La zona es segura. Desventajas: tiene lo mínimo indispensable. Hacen falta detalles como una toalla de manos en el baño, una cortina en la habitación para tener privacidad, las puertas rechinan mucho, lo que puede afectar el sueño de los huéspedes y el sofá cama estaba algo sucio y era bastante incómodo.
