The property is really nice, safe with inside parking which was a plus. The apartment was the perfect size for my family. The beds are comfortable. The last bedroom is in an awkward place after the kitchen and laundry but my teen loved it. I actually think it was the laundry room or the help’s room. When I needed help they responded right away and solved my problem. There is pretty much everything within walking distance. We actually really enjoyed it and would come back. I just would have like the house to be cleaned a little better there was grease on the counter, stove and walls in the kitchen and the glass doors in the bathrooms needed some deep cleaning. I also would have liked some type of light cleaning services and to replenish items like toilet paper included at least 2x per week. Also the apartment needs some decorating it was very bland didn’t feel warm and welcoming. very minimalistic! Overall a good and safe place to

Stay with my family of 7 including 3 children during the World Cup. It was perfect for us, it was clean, great layout with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Close to parks, shopping, and great restaurants. Slept perfectly with no the exterior noise and in a secured building with a building service person. Included parking.

Very clean unit. The unit is hot, not much ventilation. Had to keep windows open which led mosquitos in. The furniture is very dated. Bathrooms had foul smell. The location is ideal for shopping and dinning. Polanco is very nice

Lugar excelente, solo que me entregaron una configuración diferente a lo que pedí y iba con niños y un vecino del piso de abajo me llamó y me fue a tocar todos los días para que no hicieran ruido mis hijos lo cual no estaba bien porque los niños se portan muy bien.
