The people at front desk were very helpful and quick. The breakfast buffet is the cherry on top there are so many options. There is veg options available as well

Fiesta Americana Reforma
When I arrived around 1p.m. to check in they told me I could not. I later came back and there was a long line of over 20 people, It took over 1.5 hours just to check in. Needless to say, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was not expecting much after this process.
