"I’ll start from the beginning. The staff was very friendly and consistent. Shoutouts to Osvaldo for carrying my luggage up, Oscar for the perfect drinks , Eric for doing my omelette with chicken the way I liked it for breakfast. You do have awesome views of the arch which my room had. The facility is very clean and organized so no problem there. The issues I had was the bed was very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The plug outlets work only if you tilted your cellphone adapter a certain way to have your device charge properly. Food selection was very limited and specialty was decent with better choices. This resort had more older people. You’ll have people in their mid 20’s to early 30s here and there but it was less. The pool bar was not lively and active. All the parties were in Santa Fe next door and navigating their bigger resort to comeback to Baja was a hassle. Although Santa Fe had the pool parties everyone was in their own bubble and felt cliquish. This has nothing to do with the resort but it’s the overall experience. I would come here unless it’s with family not a boys trip type of thing. I’d give this resort a 6.8/10. It’s better to save your money and travel out to a different country this place lacked community and sense of belonging something Jamaica had when I went to Riu Montego Bay"
