"I had an awesome time celebrating my 50th Birthday here. The resort was beautiful and its location is picturesque. They crew their kept the place immaculate, they literally were always cleaning. Everyone was accommodating and pleasant. The food was absolutely amazing. Nataly at the front desk was so nice, she had a cake sent to my room and they spelled happy birthday on my bed. They took care of me from the time I got there until I left. I plan to return soon! Thanks "

"Definitely returning. The staff went above and beyond. Food was fresh and good. They need to fix the elevator in one of the buildings so that there is two working at all times, but other than that, no complaints. The beach is beautiful and did not need water shoes at all. Sure, the ocean is not calm as in the Caribbean side, but it is still nice to get in once you time the waves to get through. Spectacular sunsets and yummy drinks. "

"The pools were definitely the best part! Everything was super clean and the food was good, but I wouldn’t say amazing. The staff we interacted with were amazing as well. It was awkward not having a hostess / host stand at most of the restaurants—seating was a bit of a free-for-all. If you waved someone down, they took care of you. Riu Party was loud, but even as close as we were, it wasn’t really that annoying. Didn’t bother us or the kids as we got ready for bed. "
