"At first I was given a corner room near the entrance of the hotel. I went back to the reception area and ask for a different room and I received a different room. This room was clean. The room safe didn’t work, needs some sort of power for it to operate. The sink towel had a hole in the middle of it. Someone didn’t pay attention. Also there was no wash cloth in the shower. Don’t know if that was an oversight or not. Also it would be nice to have some sort of instructions for the air conditioning system. Being able to adjust the temperature and fan speed shouldn’t be a mystery."
